Robot in Action
This week the robot was really put to the test in competition. At the Rochester qualifier at Penfield High School, the robot pulled 3 wins and 2 losses within alliances. The robots autonomous worked flawlessly and scored a total of 20 points. On the mechanical side, the robot also worked well. The dual intake motors were able to collect the stones with incredible speed to get to the other side. Also, mechanics and electronics only failed once during the whole competition. Overall the competition was a brilliant success.
